Coffee always felt like the logical next step on an island already well known for its fine food and drink, rugged beauty and amazing people.

So when our roaster Joe, one day, combined some fine arabica coffee beans, roasted them and created a true Islay flavour, well - we really couldn't stop what happened next.

Islay Coffee Roasters was born from a desire to share the perfect Islay coffee; a coffee which reflects the rugged pristine beauty of its birthplace and its people.
